Great Lakes Brewery Winter Ale

The label says this is a “strong beer brewed with spices” (6.2%) which I guess is where the Winter comes in. It does have a mulling spices thing going on both in terms of aroma and flavour but underlying that is the citrusy foundation of an IPA.
