It does have a <em>mulling spices<\/em> thing going on both in terms of aroma and flavour but underlying that is the citrusy foundation of an IPA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gavin tasted it and called it &#8220;Christmasey&#8221; which I think is fitting. It&#8217;s decent but a bit on the novel side. Esther and I split one in a &#8220;snifter&#8221; style glass and that&#8217;s about the right amount &#8211; enjoyable but we were both ready to move on when it was done. It would be nice in a flight and nice this time of year.
