Add the milk and canola oil, and stir until combined \u2014 the mixture will be thick.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Let the dough sit for 10 minutes or refrigerate it up to 24 hours before using it.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use two spoons to drop dough by the tablespoon onto hot, simmering soup.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes, until puffed and cooked through.
